1) Responsible Sourcing & Traceability

We partner with audited farms and collectors across key agro-regions. Every lot is traceable from field to finished jar. We verify botanical identity, moisture, volatile oils (when relevant), and contaminants against buyer specs and global limits.

Supplier approval & grower mapping with seasonal risk assessment.
Lot coding from intake to dispatch for full backward/forward traceability.
Representative sampling following AQL and ISO-aligned procedures.
Specs include visual purity, ash, moisture, EO %, and sieve profile.
Pesticide & heavy metal screening via accredited labs when required.
Adulteration checks for high-risk items (e.g., oregano, saffron, turmeric).

2) Cleaning, Sieving & Sorting

Raw material passes through primary cleaning lines: aspiration to remove light impurities, sieves for size grading, destoners/metal detection for hard/metallic hazards, then optical/manual picking for final visual quality.

Note: Cleaning flow is adjusted per product (leafy herbs vs. seeds vs. roots).

3) Microbial Reduction (as needed)

For sensitive products or customer requirements, we apply steam or validated low-temperature treatments to reduce microbial load while preserving color and aroma. Parameters are recorded for each lot.

Controls
Time/temperature/pressure recording per batch.
Pre-/post-treatment micro testing (TAMC, TYMC, pathogens).
Targets
Reduce counts to spec without over-processing the product.
Protect color, flavor, and volatile oils.

4) Drying & Volatile Oil Protection

We standardize moisture to safe levels for stability, using low-temp drying where possible. For high-EO spices, exposure to excessive heat is avoided and handled in short cycles with rapid cooling.

5) Safety Gates & QA Documentation

Critical control points include metal detection, allergen segregation, sanitation records, and calibrated scales. QA reviews batch records, retains reference samples, and approves only conforming lots for packing.

6) Packing, Storage & Export Docs

Products are packed in food-grade bags/drums with oxygen/moisture protection based on shelf-life needs. Pallets are wrapped, labeled, and stored in clean, dry, pest-controlled areas until dispatch with the full document pack (COA, MSDS if applicable, and origin docs).

FAQ

Do you offer custom sieve sizes and blends?

Yes. We can tailor cut sizes and create blends to spec, with documented ratios and lot mapping.

How do you validate microbial reduction?

Through pre/post testing with accredited labs and verified equipment parameters per batch.
